As part of National Heritage Week activities, Grade 8 students undertook a cultural exploration of Jbeil. They visited several distinguished museums, including those dedicated to archaeology and local history, to gain insights into the area’s rich cultural heritage. They also explored the Citadel and the port, engaging firsthand with the region’s historical significance and maritime traditions. Strolling through the souks of Jbeil, students had the opportunity to reflect on the ethnic diversity and cultural influences that have shaped the area. Upon their return, students documented their experiences through videos, capturing the essence of their journey and the historical sites they encountered.
