Ahliah School Renews Its Annual Safety Training for Faculty and Staff

At Ahliah School, the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff remain our highest priority. As part of our annual safety procedures, we recently conducted a comprehensive series of training sessions designed to equip our community with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations.

The program began with a dedicated session for our new faculty members, who received Advanced First Aid Training delivered in collaboration with the Lebanese Red Cross. This ensured that they are well-prepared to respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies on campus.

This year’s program also included the following sessions, for all our Faculty and Staff.

• Session one – Organized in collaboration with Medbox, covering the proper use of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and the new choking rescue device. Participants engaged in hands-on exercises and practiced real-life scenarios using the equipment available on campus.
• Session Two – Delivered by the Lebanese Civil Defence, focusing on fire safety. Staff learned evacuation protocols, fire prevention measures, and the proper use of fire extinguishers to ensure preparedness in case of fire emergencies.
