Preschool Community Helpers Week

The Community Helpers theme in preschool was an exciting and immersive learning experience that helped children appreciate the important roles people play in their community. Through interactive activities, students explored professions such as doctors, firefighters, police officers, and teachers.

A highlight of the theme was the participation of parent volunteers, who visited the school to introduce their careers in engaging ways. Parents working as bankers, construction workers, project managers, web developers, and architects prepared hands-on activities that brought their professions to life.

The children also had the chance to become their favorite community helpers by dressing up and role-playing, enhancing their understanding through imaginative play. Additionally, they embarked on a memorable field trip to Chamsine Bakery, where they observed the bread-making process, learned about different types of bread, and enjoyed tasting freshly baked goods.

These hands-on experiences made learning fun, meaningful, and engaging while fostering appreciation for the people who help our community thrive.
