As part of Ahliah School commitment to promoting student well-being and mental health awareness, we welcomed Embrace NGO for a Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention session attended by Grade 9 and Grade 10 students.
The session encouraged open conversations about mental health and emotional well-being, highlighting the importance of recognizing warning signs, seeking help when needed, and supporting one another.
Through this initiative, students had the opportunity to engage with important topics surrounding mental health, reinforcing the value of awareness, understanding, and mutual support within the school community.
