On National Heritage Day, KG3 students had a labneh sandwich-making activity, celebrating a cherished element of Lebanese heritage. Through this engaging experience, the young learners discovered the history and cultural significance of labneh in Lebanese cuisine. As they spread the creamy labneh onto fresh bread, the students not only enjoyed a nutritious treat but also gained a deeper appreciation for their roots and traditions.
