This academic year marks a significant milestone in the history of Ahliah School as the school celebrates 110 years of learning, growth, and community. For more than a century, Ahliah has been committed to education and to nurturing a strong sense of belonging, responsibility, and care among its students and the wider school community.
To commemorate this special anniversary, Ahliah School introduced a special edition of its school logo, reflecting 110 years of history and the enduring spirit of the Ahliah community.
Celebrating Ahliah School Foundation Day
On Thursday October 1, 2026, the Ahliah School community came together to celebrate Foundation Day, honoring the school’s rich heritage and marking the beginning of a year filled with 110th-anniversary celebrations.
The day began with a cake-cutting ceremony for faculty and staff, recognizing the dedication and contributions of the people who play an essential role in shaping Ahliah School and its community.
Students and staff then gathered for a special address by the School Principal, who reflected on the school’s journey, its longstanding educational mission, and the significance of reaching this remarkable 110-year milestone.
One of the highlights of the celebration was the gathering of students on the school field to form the number “110,” symbolizing unity, pride, and the shared journey of generations within the Ahliah community.
Throughout the day, students also participated in a variety of classroom and outdoor activities, making Foundation Day a memorable occasion filled with engagement, celebration, and school spirit.
110 Acts of Care: Celebrating 110 Years Through Giving
As part of its 110th-anniversary celebrations, Ahliah School is proud to launch “110 Acts of Care,” an initiative in collaboration with the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL).
Through this initiative, Ahliah School seeks to extend its anniversary celebrations beyond the school grounds, turning this historic milestone into an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
